This Notice uses the CCPA’s definition of “Personal Information,” which means categories of information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a particular individual or household. “Personal Information” does not include publicly available information or consumer information that is deidentified or aggregate consumer information. This CCPA Notice does not apply to personal information that is is excluded from the CCPA’s scope, such as personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, such as the HIPAA, the FCRA, GLBA or the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994. These Disclosures also do not apply to personal information we collect when we are acting as a “service provider” to process information pursuant to a contract with one of our business customers.
Collection and use of personal information. We collect personal information from and about you for a variety of purposes. For example, we use personal information to fulfill your requests, process your transactions and provide our Service to you; to communicate with you; for marketing and advertising purposes; to monitor, improve, and develop our Service; and to protect the security and integrity of our business, comply with legal requirements and obligations; for our business and operational purposes; and as otherwise permitted or required by law.

We do not currently “sell” or “share” personal information as it is defined under the CCPA. Because we do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and because we limit our use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information to those purposes specified in this Notice, you do not have the right to limit its use and disclosure.
To submit your California Consumer Rights Requests. You may submit a request to exercise your California Consumer Rights through one of the mechanisms described below. We will need to verify your identity before processing your request, which may require us to request additional personal information from you. In certain circumstances, we may decline or limit your request, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity or locate your information in our systems, or as permitted by law.
To exercise your California Consumer Rights, please submit a request by emailing [email protected] with “California Rights Request” in the subject line. Alternatively, you may send us this request by telephone at 1-855-844-0155 or by sending a message on the Contact Us section on the Site.
Upon receipt of an authorized, verifiable request to exercise one of your rights under the CCPA, we will work to honor your request within forty-five days of our receipt of your request. We will inform you during that time period if it will take longer than forty-five days to honor your request. We will also inform you during that time period if and why we are not able to honor all or part of your request, such as if it conflicts with other applicable laws or if the requested information is not subject to the CCPA’s access or deletion rights.
Our response to your exercise of this right to request information will cover the above categories in the twelve-month period preceding your request. We are not obligated to fulfill more than two such requests in any twelve-month period. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
