You cannot use the Annual Enrollment Period to enroll in Medicare Part A and/or B if it is your first time.

Why Consider Re-evaluating Your Medicare Plan During Annual Enrollment?

Re-evaluating your Medicare plan on a yearly basis is important because companies are constantly making changes to their Medicare plans. For example, changes that could impact your out-of-pocket monthly premiums, drug costs, deductibles, and even pharmacy networks. These changes could completely throw of your budget if you do not watch carefully.
The most important aspects of re-evaluating our Medicare Plan are as follows:

  1. You have the opportunity to switch to a better/more affordable drug coverage plan
  2. You are able to save money and keep your current doctor in-network
  3. You have the chance to find a higher quality plan (Five-star rating system)
